To be or not to be?

Tomorrow is my son's birthday, and I'm in a big trouble. I still don't know what cake to make. Some kids from his school have allergies and I have to make cake that everybody can eat.
If I make fruit cake I can't decorate it with foundant.
I hate buttercream and icing. It's so sweet and without any taste. I'll probably make Schwarzwald cake. The second option is Tiger cake. Hmmm.... that cake would be better for kids. It's not too sweet, I can make shape as I want, I can cover it with whipped cream... Maybe I solved my problem.... I say.... maybe....

Busy bee

I was sick, very sick. I have never had stomach ache like this one that I got last Thursday. Horrible pain woke me up in the middle of the night. I had nausea and vomited. All Friday I spend in my bad. My husband took PK to school and than he went to work. He (my dear hubby) tried to help me, so he bought me medicine with pepermint taste.

I can tell you that was the worst medicine I ever tried, but after few hours I started to feel better. I don't know what was that - stomach flu or food poisoning? Hope, I won't get that soon again.
I have been busy last few days. I planted some herbs, flowers and vegetables,

and prepared some pots for my flowers.

This year I decided to get more colors in my yard, so I colored pots with bright colors. PK helped me with this project. :-) He colored a plastic pot, and most of the color finished on his shirt and pants.... and hands of course. You should see him how he looked. He didn't let me to take a photo. It was so funny to see him when he tried to clean paint from his pants with his messy hands. If I tell you that he doesn't like to be messy you'll now how hard he tried to clean himself. At the end he wanted to take a bath, and he did it.

Our neighbor Audra had a dinner with us tonight. PK looooveeeesss her a lot. He calls her Odi. They played, and had a fun making cookies from the playdough. My son is in "being naked is the best" phase, and I'm crazy of that. Every time when we get from the school, or outside he takes off his cloths. I got him to wear underwear, and still think that is not enough. He is getting sick very often, and one of the possible reasons is his nude phase. Luckily for him summer is comming. Today we have had about 80F. It was too warm for March. Hope we won't skip spring. I don't like summers in Georgia. It's hard to live here with high temperatures and very high humidity.

Last Saturday PK and me went to Covington to see ladies from the knitting group. I was happy to see all of them, and they were happy to see me. I miss Sunday's meeting a lot, and hope I'll find way to go there sometimes.

Audra told me that I got Spring flu. I feel so good, and full of positive energy. I have a feeling that I can fly. I'm doing spring cleaning and enjoy it.

I forgot to show you my new toy... well not so new anymore.

I bought it last November in Big Lots. It was much cheaper that in the other stores. It's a simple, but I don't need anything better for now. I'm a beginner and this one works just fine for me.

Snow in Georgia

I can't bealive it.... it's snowing outside. It's not cold and probably won't stay too long, but still it's nice to see it.

My son took those photos by himself.... and he is only two (soon 3) yeras old.

SWAP

I got my SWAP gift from Magrit. Look how pretty is.

I love it. Everybody asks me where did I get it. Nobody belives that person who I don't know personally send me such a beautifull swap. I really don't understand how she get my size.

I had a lunch with my friends and they all said that I'm lucky, lucky girl.... and you know what... I am.

I'm back.... finally... :-)

I don't have any excuse for being so lazy to write post(s) on my blog. I was busy, but.... that is not good excuse.
PK changed his school. He wasn't happy in the old one and we had to do that. He changed his behavior, he started to refuse food, he cryed every day, and he was not happy child anymore.

Finally, during the Christmas break I said to my husband that PK will stay at home with me. PK's paediatrician recomended a new shool... and you know what... he loves that school.... L-O-V-E-S... He is a happy child again.
A few days ago PK told me that he wants a new sweather, and he picked yarn by himself. Don't ask me for my opinion about that yarn. I tryed to tell him that he should pick some better yarn, but he picked this...

O God... I really don't like how this looks like. My son is happy with his choice, so I should be happy too.

I cross stitched this biscornu. I designed it too. It was fun to do it.

I also colored some Aida 14ct fabrics. Pink and light green fabric I colored with Kool Aid, and the third one with mix of coffee and tea. I'm so happy that we don't drink Kool Aid drinks.
